By registering for Onvo and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Onvo is a digital platform for tracking and analyzing investment portfolios. It allows users to record buy and sell transactions for financial assets, view performance metrics, analyze gains and losses, and access real-time market data through external sources.
Onvo is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. The user is solely responsible for their investment decisions.
To access the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and secure password, or by authenticating via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, or the legal age applicable in your jurisdiction.
Onvo offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium plan with full access. Premium plan pricing is communicated on the website and may vary based on the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and selected currency.
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago or Stripe, depending on the method selected by the user. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the contracted period. Prices in Argentine pesos (ARS) are dynamically updated based on the reference exchange rate.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Proportional refunds for unused periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.
In exceptional cases, we may evaluate refund requests submitted through support channels within 7 days of the charge. The decision to grant a refund is at our sole discretion.
All content, design, source code, brand, logos, and features of Onvo are the exclusive property of its developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted over such content beyond personal use of the service.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from the service without express written authorization is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onvo and its developers shall not be liable for financial losses arising from use of the platform, errors in market data provided by third parties, service interruptions, or investment decisions made based on the information displayed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate at all times.
Onvo may, in the future, incorporate features assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) models for portfolio analysis, visualization suggestions, pattern detection, or other capabilities. When available, these features will use user data and portfolio information in an anonymized or aggregated manner for the sole purpose of improving service experience and accuracy.
No AI feature will constitute financial advice. AI-generated suggestions are purely informational. The user retains sole responsibility for their investment decisions at all times.
By accepting these Terms, the user agrees that Onvo may incorporate such features in the future without requiring additional consent, provided they do not involve a material change in the processing of personal data. If such a change occurs, explicit new consent will be requested.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be communicated via platform notification or email with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For material changes affecting user rights, we will request explicit consent before continuing to provide the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the service will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other venue or jurisdiction that may apply.
Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and other applicable Argentine regulations supplement these terms in all matters not expressly addressed herein.
